  • Can I do the lessons if I am not flexible?

    Yoga is not just for people who are already flexible. In fact, yoga can help improve flexibility over time, regardless of your initial level of flexibility. I am here to support you, regardless of your level of flexibility. My online courses are designed to help you progress at your own pace and explore your own flexibility. With regular practice, you will see significant improvements in your flexibility and mobility. Join me to find out how yoga can help you feel good about your body, no matter how flexible you are!

  • Are the courses accessible for beginners?

    I support you, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner. The online studio offers a variety of courses suitable for all levels, including courses specially designed for beginners. There is also a special flexibility program for beginners. Regardless of your starting level, you will find courses and programs that fit your needs and comfort level. I am here to guide you through your yoga discovery journey and to help you progress at your own pace.

  • Do I need specific equipment?

    Just a rug will suffice to get started. A wall will sometimes be necessary for inversion practices. You can also invest in two blocks and a strap, but in the meantime, two large books and a belt may be fine.

  • I am advanced, is the studio right for me?

    I offer courses that are suitable for all levels, including advanced practitioners like you. My online studio offers a variety of dynamic and challenging sessions designed to challenge and inspire those who already have a solid yoga background. Whether you're looking for advanced postures, in-depth breathing techniques, or a deeper exploration of flexibility, you'll find classes that fit your needs.

  • Are the courses in English or French?

    The vast majority of my courses are in French. I also offer programs entirely in English, which you can find in the “my programs in English” section.
